How we manage IT services, their security and quality (ITSM, ISMS and QMS)

The company mediaport solutions s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as Mediso) is a progressive company, which has as its main mission the implementation, delivery and operation of financial information systems of high quality primarily for a specific list of customers, which we perceive as sister companies. These information systems are delivered primarily based on customer requirements using modern technology. An important aspect is to ensure a high level of standards for the implementation and delivery of the technology units. In particular, we place emphasis on meeting all the requirements imposed by the regulations on our customers and flexibly adapt to their requirements or regulatory requirements.

Our aim is to:

  • Achieve maximum customer satisfaction with the services provided.
  • Communicate openly with all customers and respond flexibly to their needs and requirements
  • Consistently maintain the availability, confidentiality and integrity of information
  • Analyse and manage the risks associated with our activities and respond to identified risks by proposing appropriate measures to minimise them
  • To continuously familiarise and train company employees with the purpose and principles of the management systems in order to achieve their internal identification with the objectives of each management system (including in the area of data protection)
  • Create the conditions for all employees to comply with the company's policies and provide the company with material and personnel resources
  • To increase the professional competence of all employees in all areas of their work through staff training and to guarantee the substitutability of competences
  • Ensure the development of effective control, evaluation of functionality, efficiency and development of management systems
  • To demand a high level of quality from ourselves, our customers and suppliers
  • To deal with our suppliers/partners in a friendly and fair manner, meeting agreed commitments on time
  • To be compliant with legal, regulatory and other requirements related to the provision of IT services.

The IT service delivery policy can be divided into the following basic parts, which when applied are interrelated:

  • Service Management (ITSM)
  • Information Security Management (ISMS)
  • Quality Management (QMS)

Service Management (ITSM)

For service management, processes and tools are applied based on internationally recognized ITIL recommendations, the so-called "best practices" in IT operations management.

  • All IT services are provided by an established, certified and well-functioning system based on process management
  • It has sufficient educated, trained and motivated staff to ensure that all optimally designed and fine-tuned IT service processes run flawlessly,
  • Through a template-based approach, it guarantees the provision of IT services to customers in the required and agreed quality, while maintaining speed and cost
  • Sees client requirements as opportunities to satisfy them and continuously improve IT services.

Information Security Management (ISMS)

Mediso's and our customers' information is a significant asset. All employees and contract workers or contractors are responsible for protecting information. They implement protection based on defined appropriate security mechanisms leading to protection against intentional or unintentional alteration, destruction, loss or disclosure. We ensure that all access to individual assets (whether Mediso's or our customers') that affect information security is controlled and assigned to a specific employee or owner. ITSM information systems resources and equipment are used only for designated work purposes. Each employee is jointly and severally responsible for compliance with the security policy.

Quality Management (QMS)

In the area of quality management of the services provided, a management system is applied so that the processes of service provision are uniform, clearly defined, and can be easily measured, evaluated and, if necessary, modified. The QMS is continuously reviewed and improved.
